Luikart's Foreign Car Clinic
TX — has had my car 3 times and it's running worse than ever, won't refund money

I originally took my car to Luikart's at the end of July. They supposedly replaced the EGR valve and said there was nothing else wrong. This took 10 days. Two weeks after getting the car back, it began shaking badly when idling, the "check engine" light started coming on again just like before the supposed repairs, and just ran rougher in general. We took the car back a second time.

They had it another two days and never looked at it. I was going out of town and had to pick it up. We just took it in a third time this past Sunday October 8 because they said they wanted a chance to fix it. We gave them Monday and Tues.

They called my husband Tues. Afternoon and said the car is fine, come pick it up. Today, Thursday, I drove it for the first time since Sunday. Now it will barely run. It makes a terrible whining sound upon acceleration and continues to whine. They refuse to refund our money, which is just over $400.
