2003 Chevy Tracker
Emissions will pass inspection

I've a 2003 chevy System with 67771 miles onto it. I can't move examination since the pollutants pc says 2 rules aren't cleaning the pc state the Catylist isn't prepared and in addition it claims the Evoraportive Program isn't ready. I've awaiting 2 weeks for that program to regulate itself this is exactly what was informed to from the examination place I got it to. Please recommend me what have to be completed to fix this issue. Thanks.
