Delivery problem!

Our mail reaches the medial side of my home. For 17 (!) years, alternative email companies have frequently remaining email resting in the wild about the top action, susceptible to robbery and climate. Actually, on atleast two events the email was soaked from rainfall. I've reported repeatedly towards the nearby postoffice (Wellesley, MA) and via USPS online. I've noticed reactions which range from curt to worried, with numerous guarantees to deal with the issue. The underside line is the fact that the issue proceeds, as lately whilst the previous month (twice, with moist email on a single event). It generally does not appear to me like rocket technology...
