Damaged My Car RIMS

Hi,

I have been going to these guys for quite some time.
Then yesterday 11.04.07 they scratch my front drivers side tire RIM by rubbing it on the curb of the carwash.

I did not notice the damage until the following day, so I went back to report it, and ask them to fix or replace it. They refused, and said I have no proof they did it.
