Nothing but phone calls!

Like the other people they call all day long. The only time that they do not call is when we caught up with payments. They call my husband at his work and they call our house at all hours. We call them back and they get very nasty with us and tell us that we need to make a payment right away. When we first got behind they deferred it and put the payments we missed at the end. Then next time we got behind they told us we had to pay all the payments we missed now or they are going to take our car. After we made that payment they kept calling us. The worst part is that they call my mom about it and my grandmother that is 76 years old. We are one payment behind right now and they are calling us non stop. We get letters from them say we need to pay a certian amount by a certian date. They do not care that you lose your job. I had one person tell me that "it was not their fault and when we sign our contract with them that we agree to pay" Well we are paying and trying to make arrangement to keep the car and still pay them. They are just evil people and just want your money and they don't care if you can pay your other bills as long as you get paid.
