You further insult people by making them think there are only 3 complaints against Delta. Come on Get real! Do you have limit of posted complaints, or do you only post them for a few minutes at a time. I am really frustrated with delta. Believe it or not, I AM PULLING FOR YOU, I NEED YOU, AND I WANT YOU, but the Delta that served me for 35 good years. I have seen the decline in the last 10 years, and after chapter 11, it has gone to POT in the effort to save and make money at the customer's expense. No more than three complaints is an effort to stop the bleeding, but stitches will not work, only major surgery is the only hope. Get interested in people again, and the money will follows.
