Don't deliver what they promise terrible company ran by crooks West Palm Beach

This people charged me 344.00 to repair my instrument cluster on a 600 sel mercedes, I sent them the part and 3 days later they sent it back, when I put it back on the car it didn't work. I called and their secretary Dina or Tina, told me to send it back since it was still under warranty. I shipped it back to them, four weeks later after endless complaints from me, they sent the part back, and guess what? It still does not work. I emailed DOn Messina, and he told me he was going to refund my money... Yeah right. This people are crooks stay away.
