I'm so mad! I didn't expect a Fulbright Scholar at any tow yard, but this a worth my time to write this. I had a very frustrating phone call with two women at Westway today, one of them was even "in charge". The grief I had at just trying to confirm the amount I needed to provide them in order to have our car picked up tomorrow was the most ridiculous experience EVER. She was so thrown for a loop, that she put me on hold twice completely confrontational just because I said I was preparing payment to overnight to them. What, did I drag them away from a Jerry Springer rerun? They are so self-righteous, that ghetto attitude, required me to conference call my fiance in w/these people just to get the information to get our vehicle out of there. We were told yesterday by a man there what our procedure would be so we were CRYSTAL clear on what was required (of course we have to go thru HOOPS to do this) I only needed A DOLLAR AMOUNT, and got such grief it was unbelievable.

Since they are contracted by a city government body isn't it true that they work for us taxpayers? Common courtesy does not require much effort, and they act like they are doing everyone a big favor. No one denies them trying to run a business, but there is that attitude that since you can't do anything about it, they can treat you like garbage. Call it welfare civil service, these losers have to get their power trip somewhere - they'll get it from you. Doesn't anyone know someone on the Council that selected these scum?
