Ripoff waste of time

I purchased a 2001 Chevy Malibu from Bill Heard in Union City, GA in May. Within less than a year's time, I have had over nine repairs on my vehicle. This was a new car: with only 200 miles.

It took four different appointments for their service department to figure out why the radio in my car would stop scanning. Then, I was advised that the rotors on the brakes were faulty from the factory, so they supposedly fixed them.

A few weeks after that, I noticed a clicking sound coming from my car's engine. So, I again made an appointment for service. The service tech advised the the pistons in the motor were also faulty from the factory, so they were supposedly replaced. But guess what, the clicking and ticking has started from the engine again.

Since then, I have continuosly complained about the scrubing and squealing of my brakes, but every time I take it in for service, the say nothing is wrong. My car shakes and struggles everytime I try to stop.

In addition to those majors, the seat belt on the was defective and had to be repaired and the signals had to be repaired.

Did I get a lemom or what? I'm battling with chevrolet Corporate right now—trying to get them to buy back this piece of crap car!!! Help Me!!!
