Cars fron yesterday = aka= Marv Friedman are the most unprofessional business people I have ever dealt with. These clowns misrepresented a 2002 mercedes benz on ebay were they conduct most of there scams and dishonest business practices. Marv has many complaints and hides behind his brother in law Rick Hofberg who ables this man to rip the public off by means of false advertisements, shady business practices, lying, and bullying tactics. Many people who I have had conversations with that dealt with this company and Marv Friedman all have the same complaints, squaretrade, ebays mediation dept have done nothing to prevent these thieves from continuing to rip the public of by way of internet. I refer to Marv Friedman and Cars from Yesterday, as the Nigerians... Marv lie about paint work and bondo work clearly visible on the car but not by digital camera. Misrepresented the condition of he car by stated it was in the wrapper, pristine, guarantee no disappointment luxury car, no warning lights, His wife drove the car, well all this was far from the truth as there was paint and body work, not pristine, was a major disappointment and on the drive home after 50 miles the suspension suffer major problems in excess of 7,000 dollars. I can document from mercedes all records and full proof of these existing problems. Marv was call the next morning after a mercedes inspection tech went over the car and refuse to speak with him and hung the phone up on my girlfriend crying in the waiting room. Never offer o fix the car and has stated that it is my problem, to bad... After I spent almost 37,000 dollars for a car that lasted 35 minutes. To this day which is 2 months later we cannot drive this car and squaretrade and ebay have turn there bac. Marv is pompous, arrogant, self absorbed and a liar.
