I traded in my 1997 truck on a 2004 pt cruiser. I am now 9000 dollars in negative equity on my car. I know i should not have worked with them but i went in and asked if they could help me get back into a truck because i made a mistake in getting rid of my old one and they told me sorry but your to upside down and we can't help you.

I understand it is my fault for being careless in not reading the entire agreement but it would have been nice if they could have at least tried to help me get back in a truck.
