Non delivery of ordered equipment!

Requested vonage gear and taken care of 2 Day shipping on july 30. Nowadays may be the fifth of sept but still no shipping or notice. I've no home phone support. Was based on service with vonage. I'm truly ashamed. I believe I'll quit my agreement with this specific organization who exhibits no confidence or trustworthiness.
