Ripping off the elderly and triple chargeing for crappy work ripoff

I took my car in just to have them tell me why the transmission was making a noise. I never heard back so I called and he told me he was short handed and they couldnt get to it till the end of next week so I said I was coming to get it and take it else where because it had already been a week since I dropped it off to them, when i got to the company i ask for my keys and the owner of the business handed them to me. My car was parked in front of the bldg and they had removed the transmission.

I had not authorized them to do that. When I went in to talk to them about it they said that if I wanted to take my car that I would have to pay them $650.00 for there work of removing the transmission and to re-install it. Or pay $2000.00 to fix it— (-DA)

They ended up putting a used transmission in it from a junk yard With no warrante and gouged me for $1968.13. Now tell me if they are just about the biggest ripoffs of the year. All you davis county people dont ever take your automobiles to be fixed by that scam artest especially if you are elderly and have a small social security check cause Bob will scam you first. He had my car for 22 days and now he's got all my savings.
