DHL - Austin
Poor delievery service

A bundle had been delivered to me from Austin (about 4 hours away). We reside in an extremely rural-area, DHL provides within this area just on Tues. And Thurs. (btw. UPS provides everyday, except Sun.). On Tuesday, 8/7/07 the driver was given delivery instructions by our Post Master (she even offered to contact me).in the place of awaiting her to contact me, the driver stated that was okay and quit. Not trying at-all to provide the bundle, he delivered to San Antonio. On THURS I named and offered the "customer support" extra directions... But had "skipped the vehicle". I named to protest and was sent to some boss. They'd the driver phone and provide to meet up me 40 miles away. Oh, and he explained our Post-Master didn't provide him instructions... But that people are observed beyond his path anyway!!!???
