Went to dealer with car. Ripoff

I went to to the dealer with my 2006 aveo i bought from them as i noticed fade marks on my car, and the woman that sold it to me put me to others to help me, and they were telling me looks like kids did this to my car, and they said their detail shop may be able to help. Would be around 400.00. And i said ok, and another man says well i don't know what kind of work they do and i wouldnt recommend someone that i didn't know what kind of work they did. Mind you its their detail shop. Then i asked if they knew anyone else and they said no i could look it up in the phone book. Well then i asked how about it being painted and they told me it would run 3000.00-4000.00 to paint it. Its a small chevy aveo. I finally said ok i'll look elsewhere. They couldn't get me out of there place fast enough and i bought this car from them about a yr ago. Well i called the woman that sold it to me and she said she knew someone, but would i be willing to talk to to the manger and i said ok. So he was suppose to call me well she calls and leaves me a message on my phone to bring the car in the next morning at 11am (not even asking me about the time. Like if i could) that they would look at it and see if it could be fixed, and if not she would find me someone. Remember she said she knew someone. I did not come there or call her back as they were telling me so many stories. If they couldnt help me when i went there how could they help me going back. Me and my husband are very upset the way they treated us. As of right now the car still has what looks like smear marks on it. They told me it would probably look better if it was buffed, yet they obviously didn't want to try and help me. The paint on it is discolored, in many area's. They told me maybe i could put it to my insurance, why would i do that when i havent had the car that long, and the paint is messed up on it. There was some bird poop on it and i washed it with a soft sponge, so cant imagine my sponge doing that to it. I feel like the amount of time i had it and the look of the paint, they should have at least buffed it or waxed it or something to try and help me.
