Got stuck with the lemon

Friday August 3rd 2007 I bought a used car from CarMax. Saturday August 4th I was going out to my car to go to lunch and noticed that my sunroof was no longer opening or closing. So I went to the dealership and sat in there waiting room for over 3 hours for them to rip apart my sunroof and find that there was something jammed in the motor. Then come Monday August 6th on my way to work an MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) came on, also I noticed that in 4th and 5th gear (manual transmission) the shifter would almost pop out of gear and into neutral. Seeing that this was my first relatively new car I was rather upset. So I swung by work and had one of my co-workers follow me up to the dealership. Once there I dropped the car off. All day I was without my car and finally I called them up at 4:20 just to have them tell me my car has been ready, but not repaired. So I picked it up and was waiting to hear back on parts that were being shipped. Wednesday August 8th I was walking out to my car to go to lunch and noticed that there was a huge puddle of rear axle oil on the ground. Not have I been dealing with a lack luster customer service rep, I now have a leaking car. At the close of the day on Thursday August 9th, they knew no more now then they did when I told them what was wrong. To top this all off my turbo was going out and after repeated times telling them they need to look at it they FINALLY put it in there computer to eventually look at. I'm beyond frustrated and quite displeased with there horrible service I receive in there auto shop.
