Deceptive advertizing is their way to hook you Ripoff

Warranty Experts uses the tactic of "full refund" if you do not submit claims through your RV warranty policy. The policy does state in fine hidden print that you must contact them 30 days prior to expiration in order to qualify for a refund.

Mr. Dave Gardener will handle this process if and when he ever responds to your calls and messages. He is constantly "in meetings", "not in the office", or simply responds that "he's still 'working on' your claim". All are tactics to keep refund seekers from meeting the guidelines.

Mr. Gardener was, in fact, contacted by my diligent accountant wife 3 months prior to our policy expiring. At that time, he instructed her to call ONE month before our expiration date. She obliged by calling, leaving messages, and constantly e-mailing Mr. Gardener with no responses, and finally, delayed responses. After instructed what was necessary for refund we submitted what was needed for the refund to be processed and was personally promised by Dave Gardener that our refund would take approximately 3 months.

5 months later - no refund. We submitted our claim to the Better Business Bureau, (which is no longer sponsored on the Warranty Experts websight), and recieved Mr. Gardener's response that I did not submit the necessary information in accordance to warranty guidelines. This statement is absolutely false.

'Warranty Experts' is a policy broker. Our policy was actually with Star RV Insurance. Star RV informed us that they never had any kind of refund policy such as that promised by Warranty Experts. When Dave Gardener was "working on" our renewal/refund policy we called Star RV for renewal rates. Star RV informed us that WE HAD ALREADY JUST CALLED THEM! Warranty Experts called Star RV impersonating me to get information about our policy. (Mr. Gardener did e-mailed an apology for this fraudulent behavior.)

Remember folks, false promises are used to get you to buy.insurance companies do make money by not paying out whenever they can. Think about it: If we all buy warranty policies and don't submit claims, who keeps all the money? And how can a company be profitable if they give away the full price of their warranty premiums to which they, the broker, only recieves a fraction of the purchase price?

You don't have to roll in manure to know what it smells like!
