Thieves and thugs stole my car

Dominion stole my car that was sitting in a parking space numbered with my own address (my own space that belongs to my own townhouse and numbered to prove it). My parking pass was on the rearview mirror, where it belongs. My car was in that space for over a year, with no change to the car. It was legally registered. There are no restrictions on my parking space as to when I am allowed to park there - it is my personal space to use as I see fit. I was not blocking anyone else's car, parked over the lines of my space, or anything like that. But these THUGS came by in the middle of the night and stole my car with no justifiable excuse. Now they want me to pay to come and get it... And who's to say they won't just tow it again if I did that, since apparently they don't need a reason!

These theives also stole my husband's car a couple years ago, again, for no reason. Parking pass was in place and car was legally registered.in fact, one wheel was up on a jack, and they towed it with the jack on the car! I caught them driving down the street, with sparks flying out of the jack as they drove down the street. They had absolutely no care over the fact that they were damaging the car they never should have stolen in the first place.

If that isn't enough, I see them towing out of the shopping plaza by my house every single night, cars that have been there less than 24 hours, even though the official policy is "no cars parked in the shopping center for more than 48 hours" according to the vendors in that plaza.

These thugs want to make a quick buck and are not above stealing and causing great distress to people if that's what's necessary to make money. Their practices are totally unethical and illegal and they need to be stopped.
