Not respecting a voucher and flight delay

I had been planned to travel Aircraft Blue FLT 174 from San Jose to Ny on Sep 1 at 10:35pm. We were designed to watch for 3 hours before we were informed the trip wouldn't abandon before following day since a flight attendant was ill plus they couldn't look for a replacement. So then we were requested to queue up-to get our free round-trip payment deals. I endured within the point for another 2 hours to become merely informed the verification number on my boarding move might suffice to request a voucher after I travel next. Since I have was a San Jose nearby used to donot request a resort voucher but others were being supplied with deals aswell. I named Jet Blue to obtain my free return trip on August 4 and was informed that their program confirmed that FLT 174 flew on period and there is no report stating that guests were designed to travel 24 hours later. The machine really claims the trip with me inside it remaining promptly, that will be incredible. I understand when and what time I visited. Personally I think merely robbed which is bad religion on Aircraft Blueis component. I spoke to some boss who had been really rude. I'd Plane Blue to stick to their term. I'd just like a record recommending what period FLT 174 really left which it had been not postponed since what I had been informed was an entire rest. Did anybody encounter an identical issue?
