Coast To Coast / 24hour Transmissions so called company "COAST TO COAST TRANS" THESE PEOPLE NEED TO GO TO JAIL!

I want to start off by saying it's so nice (sad in the same instance) to see so many people on the same page as I am with this company. After reading report after report with the same content you get the picture of what this so called company has put us all through.
I'm going to spare you the whole story as it is probably very familiar to you. $1500 ended up turning into $4200 on the grounds of "Hard Parts" being bad. After waiting over 3 weeks for Rich (Who coincidentally has no last name) to come up with some kind of solution. I turned around and called the company that they sent my car to. The owner of the shop was very interested in knowing who the hell these people where that they had been dealing with. He told be that the total charge of fixing my car if I brought it in as a regular customer would be $2250 tax included. This was a good price So I took my loss for now and paid this shop to fix my car.

When I'm paying out to get my car I start talking to the shop manager and he tells me that Rich offered to pay them $500 more in labor to do the work, and that he was going to supply all the parts, but never returned any of there phone calls or gave them any info of where the parts were coming from. Furious at this point I call the "Home Office" and talk to the "Manager" Rayleen. After getting nowhere with this useless moron I asked to talk with her supervisor which she said was impossible.

WHAT COAST TO COAST TRANSMISSION DID:
Towed my car (which I could have driven the 14miles) to a local mechanic shop
... Well thats about it isn't it... Well they paid the towing right? NO the mechanic shop that fixed my car did that.

I'm really at a loss for words at this point I mean obviously there are so many of
us that have spent so much money and more importantly stressful time on these poor excuses for people. The crimes committed here are Federal Felonies as it is from multiple states. So if anyone wants to get together and compare notes or get a case together contact me... Good Luck
