Wrong valve, wrong number of valves, too many charges ripoff

I ordered one valve for a specific model of car. I recieved a valve but it was the wrong valve. It didn't fit. I have another car which it did fit so I kept it. I was charged for two valves on my credit card. I have made several attempts at contacting these people. I did get an answer it would be looked into.

It is going on a month and have heard nothing even after another attempt at contact. No answer. I either want my money back for the valve I do not have or the another correct valve that was ordered originally. The part number they give for my vehicle is wrong.
