1st transmission wrong one. 2nd transmission does not work has I.D. Tag off of it, now getting my 3rd transmission sent to me

I order a transmission for my truck over a month ago. Got the wrong one and then got the right one only to put it in professionally and not work. They are currently sending me another one.

I did not get a carfax on any of them after requesting it. I also notice that they say they dyno test them through trans-tech? I have asked for the dyno sheet only to find out that they cannot get a copy of it.
The I.D. Tag on the transmissions were also not on them. (shady) I have asked to speak to the owner on several occasions and have gotten blown off.

They keep telling me that it is a large corporation and that he is out all of the time. Just want to talk to him.

I am a school teacher who needs my truck back on the road. It's kinda sad if what I am hearing about this company is true.

Why hasn't anybody taken them to court for all the negligence that this company has caused.
It's sad that other people will take advantage of others in a time of need like this. I have a wife and 22 month old son. I really don't need this headache in my life. If anyone can help let me know.

There's a guy named chuck on this message board that I would like to talk to. So if your out there chuck please reply.

I hope the third time is a charm. Just trying to get both sides of the story.
