Gerald Delarris Toliver & His Supposed Secretary "Mindy" Are Ripping People Off ripoff

If you are reading this and you know the whereabouts of Mr. Gerald Delarris Toliver Jr. Please let him know he can run but he cant hide Forever. Gerald along with his so called secretary "mindy" that also helps with his scamming. Are in BIG Trouble. Gerald is calling himself a auto transport company owner. When he is not. What he does is he subcontracts to other legitamate drivers/owners. Has them do all the work, then when its time to pay. He writes you bogus checks. He'll answer your initial call and tell you he "didnt realize he hadnt transferred the funds from his other account" and he will take care of it. Then he screens all his calls and then he just turns his phone off so it can go straight to voicemail.

This man needs to be stopped as soon as possible. I know he is probly scamming every individual he comes in contact with. If you have any further information regarding this SCUM. Please post it. His company name is RTG EXPRESS. But all his licenses are revoked, and or suspended. He is a LIAR and a THEIF. I know theres more than a few people that have been ripped off by this guy. So lets get together and make him pay.
