Ripoff paid for a van with a bad transmission

All so have his house address, I'm sending you ll paper, to tell you more able it. Two days after I got it, I told him the Transmission was bad, and he said no, it is the solenoid is bad, and he got it for me, I paid him back for it. I went to two shops the he told me to go to, the first one told me the transmission was bad, I call him, and he said no, thier do not know what thier or doing, so he sent me to another one, and thier told me the same thing. I am a sick person, and he knew that, I have asthma and emphysema, and I have had a head injury, and I often have difficulty processing information, when there is a deal of stress involved and he knew that.

I had get one from him before, and sold it to my sister, to get this one and the day after I got this I told him, after it got running, the transmission would up, and and he would say no, it is the solenoid. He got it and then I give him, his money back, I was in and out of the hospital, and when I got to go, and see the shops, he ask me to go to, my time was running out, I have been told you have 30 days, but then I have been told you have only 3 days, but the next day I told him, he would do and think, but tell me it is the solenoid on the transmission.

I don't know if it had anything to do with him not giving my money back. He call me right ofter I got the van, and ask me if I would sleep with him, because is wife sleeps in another room and he has needs. I said I am a christian, I don't do that, this is beside the pont, I am on SSI, and I have to get my money, so I can get a car to drive, please help me.
