Loan paid off in november! Ripoff

Beware of this company! I paid my truck loan off in November and received the Paid Agreement & letter. However, I did not receive the Title/Lien Release. This form was supposedly mailed to the dealer who got the pay off for me. NOTE: The dealer did NOT pay the truck off & I did NOT use the truck as a trade in!

Now I have sold the truck & they are giving me the complete runaround how they have to mail the Lien Release to the dealer. EVEN THOUGH THE DEALER HAD NOT INTEREST IN THE TRUCK-NO TRADE! I have called several times & am given a different answer everytime & the dealer has called to let them know they have no interest in the truck but HSBC still states they have to send it to the dealer!

Finally, after 3 days of phone calls, the dealer convinced them & was told the form would be FAXED to them. This was Monday 6-11-07 & as of today 6-13-07, there has not been a fax sent!
