Missed international flight

Had reservation for airportshuttle to get a unique taxi 6/12/07. Taxi was to create a 6.35PM trip on Lufthansa airlines. 4.00pm named 714 379 2449, requested when the driver was close were informed driver was 10minutes away. 4.30pm named taxi show workplace they advised me he was right nearby. 5.10 pm driver comes not in virtually any rush. Truck for unique collection smelled terrible, was filthy.

Driver extremely unprofessional. At this time all I really could do is expect the very best with traffic.
