Sold defective car and promised repairs, never made ripoff

I purchased a car from this company and although bought as is i was sold a warranty which i was not given a copy of the first week of may. 2 weeks after i bought the car i decided to make a trip to visit family, i had the car serviced and fluids check. 30 miles outside of san antonio the car broke down.

The car was towed to the car lot and i was told my warranty was not in effect yet and it would not cover the repairs cause i let the car overheat. Renee (a mgr) called me and said the owner agreed to repair the car and would split the cost with me and allow me to make it in payments.

The car is still at the shop and i have made a car payment along with a payment towards repairs, everytime we call they tell us it will be ready tomorrow, on june 7th my mother called and was told by "tony" that the mechanic was gone and the guy working on the car " was mechanically challenged and had no idea how to fix the car. No one will return our calls and let us know what is gonna happen.

As of now i have 1200 dollars invested in a yard ornament. His company also has a sign stating they are a memeber of the b.B. B when in fact they have been revoked for unsolved business practices. I have spoken to renee, ben, tony, and everother employee there. They will put you on hold and never answer your call and if they anser you they will state they dont know whats going on.

They have my car for a month and i have held my end of the deal. They advertized they help people with credit problems, when in fact the careless about the people they take advantage of. I am 19 work 2 jobs and have really been ripeed of by this business and hope to find a way stop them.
