Very cruel people, robbers without a gun, callers up to 24hrs a day for one payment ripoff

I purchase a vehicle in June and was never told it was interest only and that the car would be paid off in 2012. (For starters). The car was a lemon and I tried to explain. I've been late twice due to illness and they called me at the hospital at least six times a day to collect payment and said they were to keep calling until they received the payment. I gave account information to them they took it out three times in one month never would give my money back. The lates fees are ridiculous and well as the interest they charge.
