No rentals, no phone calls

Almost two weeks of waiting for head on 2005 Kia Sorento to be replaced, and no rental, the 3rd time I was told a date I could pick up my car, I was finally offered a rental car but my car is supposed to be ready the next day. I finally received a phone call from John (service mgr.) after having my car for 2 weeks. How long does it take to replace a head. They still have my car and all the Kia Corp office tells me is they can't do anything because they are individual owned. Why call KIa corp office
