Poor car service - poor customer service Ripoff

My name is Apryl.in the last year and a half I spent over $5000.00 at the Goodyear located at 4150 Meadows Lane in Las Vegas, NV. My radiator was repaired April 22. My total cost was $712.67. Today my SUV overheated (again), as it did before I took it in, as well as the engine light came on, the car stalled and I called and talked to Travis. I was told to bring it in "right away". After an hour, and poor treatment and everytime I asked what was going on, I was told we're checking on it. We don't see anything. Very non-chalantly. But. When thinner white women came in. They were treated better and more politly than I. I told Travis there is no way that I shouldn't be able to turn on my air condition and after spending 712.67 to rectify the problem, and my car overheat. They should have fixed the problem properly the first time. I was told to leave it so it can be looked over, I said I couldn't. I left it already, it should have been fixed the first time, I have two kids, two jobs, and I have school. I'm divorced and I don't have that kind of time or money. Then. THEN.

As I left, I turned on my AC IT BLEW OUT HOT AIR

IT WORKED FINE WHEN I GOT THERE. So now it doesn't work. This is the second issue I have. Another problem after I took it there. I called, talked to Travis. I was told to bring it in. I was told that I needed to leave it longer. They couln't find a problem. He insinuated that it was my fault because I didn't leave it. I was never told that he was sorry, no apololgies were given, the manager Joe never talked to me. He never gave me any type of consideration. But. As he drove my car around to give it to me he say's..."Have a good day".in a patrinizing tone.

My car still over heats, and now after an hour of then "looking at it", my AC is now broken. I need a response. I will be contacting others to make them aware of these bada practices. I've provided a link that provides other unhappy, ripped -off Goodyear customers.

I want my car fixed. I want my AC fixed as it was before I took it in today. I want the car to not over heat. The engine light came on and it didn't come on until AFTER I took it in on Apri 22- broken A/C April 25. DO you see a pattern here?
