S Service Department DisHonest and Forgetfull. Document all conversations or else

Took my brand new ATV in for service and it was the worst decision I made. The ATV was under warranty took it in and was accused of driving threw water and burning my clutch. Never listen to me the customer and was basically called a liar. After Six months of phone conversations with Owner Rob Hoddie. He told me that he forgot all conversations of work to be done, I got my ATV back and is still broke. Rob Hoddie in my opinion is a crook and runs an unprofessional shop that can not be trusted.

Now I have a new ATV that has sat under a tree for six months, at his shop with the same problem that it was sent in for, with no warranty now. Please don't fall into my frustrations, choose another dealer when looking to buy. It is worth the trip to Austin, if you want to be treated like a true customer. You will be sorry, and remember you cannot escalate your complaints, because

Rob Hoddie is the owner of the shop and does not care if he looses a customer. There will be more to screw in his eyes. He is unprofessional and irrational and does not remember phone conversations, so document every encounter.
