Ripoff unprofessional and dishonest car deale

I purchased a vehicle for $1300 and I did not recieve the vehicle because he was fix a brake booster at the time he had blowed motor in the vehicle that purchased.

I was to go and test drive the vehicle after I recieved a phone on the 16th of March after my phone calls was beings dodged one of the workers at T&C Auto Sells called and told me to and test drive the car the man that suppose to fix the said that he wasn't let me get the car until he gets paid.

I haven't seen or talk to Tommy until today he answer and did not let me speak a word about how I wanted to do about this situation he said what he wanted to say and hung the phone up in my face he does not want to give me my money back. I did not like the way handles his car business and I think that he is doing me like this because I am a female. Today is April 10 and I purchased a vehicle on the 10th of Febuary.
