Promised lower interest rate with auto draft but never applied

About 1 year ago my husband and I called drive to try to get a lower interest rate and we spoke to a representative about automatic draft. He insured us that we could lower our interest rate from 18% to 11%. We definitely jumped on it because it seemed so easy and it would save us money.
Come to find out it wasn't even true. We were never changed to 11% and we have been stuck paying the 18%. Another annoying thing about them is you can't ever understand what the rep's are saying and they always seem to have a different explanation of things. I hate drive financial.
