Deceptive Buisness Practices

Triad Financial sucks. I have a 7 year loan with 18% daily compound interest. I have been paying for 8 months and my principal balance has barley went down.

I tried to defer my current months payment to the end of my loan as I had previously been told I could do. The customer service rep told me they could not do it this month as they were not properly funded at this time and did not have the funds available to do this at the time.

I have no clue what my defferel has to do with them being properly funded. They told me to try and come up with the money and they will call me daily to check my progress.

They do securities and IRA's as well, wonder if they lost their butt in the stock market and we are paying for it. They are a subsidiarry of FORD for goodness sake!
