Dishonest and inept ripoff

Cottman's customer service dept. Is a JOKE - they will not return calls - their company president, Todd Leff, makes no effort to resolve their many issues. Total dissatisfaction is the norm with this company. People wait in line at the shop with their complaints including broken down vehicles after Cottman has supposedly repaired their trnamissions. While I was there trying to resolve one of their debacles, there was a couple in line complaining of things missing from their car. This place is bad news. I'm currently suing them over bad repairs.
