Ripoff is dishonest and rude to customers

I wanted to purchase a car at carmax and put down a $20,000 deposit in the form of a cashier's check. They said that I could get a refund if I was not satisfied with the car within the allotted 5 day period. I purchased the car and took it to an independent mechanic. The mechanic said the car had been in an accident, repaired and repainted. I took the car back to carmax explaining what I was told. Three carmax buyers lied to me insisting that the car had not been repaired. So I agreed to take it to another independent mechanic. I took it to a very expensive body shop who offered to do an appraisal for free knowing that I would not be using their services, but would simply be returning the car if he found anything wrong with the car. He told me that the car had been in an accident, repaired and repainted. I took the car back to carmax and they were extremely rude to me. A manager took my contract papers w/o offering me a copy, the keys to the car I was returning and offered me the keys to my old car that I had traded in. No where during that time did he offer me my refund. I had to ask about my refund and he said that someone else would help me. That someone else was extremely rude and simply stated I would get a refund in the mail. He didn't offer me any documentation of my purchase or eligiblity for a full refund. I had to insist upon some documentation. Finally, he printed out some computer screen that said I would be mailed a refund. If carmax even tries to withhold my refund I will be suing them in court. Thank god that I am a licensed attorney. They have not heard the end of me.
