Liars did not return money as promised Ripoff

MY husband truck was hit on super bowl sunday night 12midnight we were asleep. The next day we reported the accident and it was not until the following day that we were okayed by the other persons ins company to get a rental. Well we went to enterprise in chicopee where troy did up the paperwork and asked for a deposit he said it was company policy to insure that we would return the truck well when we returned the truck no deposit was given he told me that he said to us that they will hold it until the ins co sets up a payment plan with them. This is not what we were told when we rented the truck. He kept making excuses i called the ins.Co they told me a differnt story. Affter finally fighting with them they returned my money. Watch out for these people troy especially. The are big time liars
