I told them that I'd purchase the tire and fuel. Pair nights later they charged $40 for fuel and $125 to get a fresh tire onto my bank card and another $73.50 on imminent to get a reason-they have no idea. What type of Neon requires a $40 fuel, along with a $125 tire.
