Accepted payment for product, but did not confirm order or ship product. No response to email, no customer service! Ripoff

I ordered a part for my pickup truck on Feb 25. My credit card was immediatly charged, but I never received confirmation my order was being processed or was being shipped. The instructions on their website said to wait two-three bus. Days before attempting to track my order. I waited four days with no word from them. I contacted them on their phone line, after being on hold 20 minutes, I talked to a rep who told me their computers were down and all orders were cancelled, but would be re-entered at the end of business. This was on wed. And it was not true. I waited another 2 days and recalled on Friday, and I could not believe I got the same story! Everything would be resolved at the end of business! Well, it was not, they still have my money and refuse to talk to me via email, and their customer service reps will do nothing but say it will be fixed by the end of business. This company is a scammer who takes money and does nothing to deliver products!
