National Car Wash, NCW
Took my $8.00 dollars, and left me a dirty car!

I wait in line at the touchless car wash for 20 minutes. I get to the pay machine put in $8.00 and wait until it's my turn to go through. So, it's my turn and I go into the car wash and nothing starts. I go back and forth about 12 times hoping that the cycle would start and nothing.

I finally drive out and the guy behind me pulls in and then it works. I blew up! I looked for a NCW employee and found no one. And then I called thier number and heard nothing but an irritable noise on their phone.

I can't believe I'm the first to post a report on NCW when I have talked to other people that have experienced the same problem.
