They sent me two right window visors and refused to exchange the item or pay return shipping for a return/exchange for their mistake. Ripoff! Kansas City

I ordered a set of window visors for a 2006 jeep wrangler unlimited. Autowarehouse.com says they guarantees the right part and in their email they even say that if there is something wrong with the part that you can send it back for an exchange.

However, upon receiving two right side window visors instead of a left and a right they were less than honorable in their promises. I called customer service and told them that they sent me the wrong parts and about there alleged guarantee policy.

I asked them to send me the left side and I would ship the extra right side back to them. They told me they could only give refunds not exchanges, which is the direct opposite of the email confirmation that I received about being able to exchange the part if it was received damaged, etc. At first they said they would pay for the return shipping and send me the instructions for how to do this in an email. But once I received the email it stated that I would be responsible for the shipping cost.

I feel very let down by this company and their right part guarantee along with exchange policy. The customer service rep. Was extremely rude to me, hung up on me, and on top of this her broken English and thick accent was extremely hard for me to understand.

All I want is the right part and I don't feel that since this is not my mistake that I shouldn't be penalized for it or treated like I am dirt. If they advertise that they guarantee the correct part then they should stand behind their motto and take care of the customer when the mistake lies with the company.
