DHL support hurts! Do not try!

I had been designed to obtain 4 deals on 1/23, now is 1/25, I still have not got something! I contact DHL three times, offered them my tracking #, but still no body understand where my bundle is!!! First I spoke to some person called Tanya; she stated they have to possess the handle tag incorrect, therefore she released me some new tracking #.

24 hours later I named plus they stated the bundle is likely to be reached 2-5pm, which didn’t. And so I spoke to a different individual called Debra, she stated she cannot monitor the deals but may discovered what occurred and certainly will provide me a call-back later, which did not. Therefore nowadays I attempt to contact them again since itis 6 pm but still do not have my deals. Somebody title Ericka responded the telephone using the toughest perspective on the planet, and stating that I ought to maintain waiting and find out what happen in a few days!!! I'm today still awaiting my deals, and don’t understand what to complete!!! What type of support is the fact that?

*update* Today is 1/30 and that I still do not have my bundle. Named DHL, they nevertheless have no idea where the bundle is; need to contact the shipper (online shop) to credit back on my bill!!! Because the items which I bought online is for sale, I'm unable to have them anymore!
