Ripoff Filed fraudulent Information with finance Co Re: Amt. Down Payment Did not Honor Written Warranty Changed Contract infomation after I had received my copy

East Auto Ripped Off part of my down payment. When asked why the full amount of my down payment was not reflected on final contract, East Automotive said half of Down Payment went to purchase "GAP INS"!! I never agreed to buy any kind of Gap Ins. And they can not produce a policy or document that I signed requesting such insurance.

Also, East Automotive sold my contract to GMAC, however East Automotive claims they have the right to charged extra Finance Percentage to be paid to them by GMAC as a "KICK BACK". This causes me to have to pay an higher Finance Charge in order for them to get the KICK BACK!

Finally, EAST AUTOMOTIVE RIPPED OFF me again by FAILING TO HONOR their WARRANTY ti fix a froint tire that was supposed to be replaced.
