Wasted my time ripoff

I made an appointment to see a car that these guys had on 1-19. I said I would be there between 9-10 am and I arrived there about 10 only to find out the car they said they had transferred from "one of their other lots" the day earlier was not there, nor was the person whom I had made the appointment with.

I left, and a few days later, after realizing that these guys were not even going t call me to apologize for wasting 2 hours of my time driving there and back, and at the vary least, try to salvage me as a customer, I called these guys and left a message for the manager but never received a call back, so I sent an email to the same email address that they quickly responded to when I initially contacted them regarding the car, but again with no response.

I checked them out on the BBB and they are not a member and they have an unsatisfactory rating, as they have not resolved several complaints thru the BBB. I filed a BBB report, but I am sure they will ignore it. If they don't and they bother to reply, I'll post an update.
