Drive Time ripoff dishonest fradulentbilling harassment

I have 2 cars we have bought from drive time. Should have learned my lesson on the first one. But my husband just had to have this Eclipse they had this past July.

When we got the car I had to pay $1500.00 down and the car was only $15000.00 after Finacing we are paying $25000.00 which is crazy for a 2000 model..

A few days after getting the car I had to take it to their shop because of a loud noise it was making when it was in motion they said nothing was wrong with it. A week or so after that I was sitting on the side of the road the wheel barring was bad I had to pay a $60.00 tow bill then I had pay my mechanic $250.00 for parts and labor. We wrote that off because Drive Time said they wasnt going to pay it.

I have never been late in the 3 years i have had a car from Drive Time untill this past December when I moved and changed jobs now I get paid bi-weekly and my payment is due on the weeks I dont get paid and Drive Time calls eveyday.

They know they will get their money but they harrass me daily Im thinking about just letting them take the car back so they will leave me alone.
