Malice and false claim for monies not owed causing libelious credit report Ripoff Ft. Worth

Made car payment jan 15 3 days later car was totaled in automobile accident.
6days later insurance co payed car worth (10,000 plus) as we had gap insurance coverage slowley gathered proper paper work (with hardly no corperation nwith parties concerned.)

Gap insurance co kept delaying stating havent recieved all info meanwhile americredit asked for a car payment for feb. 2006 I stated gap insurance was supposed to pay, they incisted, my reply was who was going to give me my payment back.

Trouble with gap insurance people lasted until august.

But 30 days later from feb. Credit report was filed causing me to have a lower cred score. Costing me to have a higher intrest rate on car and mortgage refiance. I had filed dispute with credit bureaus to no avail as it still remains on my credit report that I owe them 691.00. I am filing suit for libel and slander but Im in Ga. I need to know who to serve papers on and in what Jurisdiction. I am procedding in pro se as I cannot afford a laywer.
