It is impossible to have every engine you sell be "low mileage" Carfax certified. LKQ who is the largest dismantler in USA that does 100 MIL a year in sales can not supply only low mileage engines. Japan importers can sell you a low mileage engine but can not supply Carfax because they are from Japan. This company is giving bogus reports probably pulled their VIN numbers from Autotrader.com
