Weekly payment agreement made, then repossession order issued

Due to several unfortunate problems not only financially but physically I fell behind on my payments requested time to pay off back amount owed or payments at $200.0 per week was told that was okay made my weekly payments for approximately 6 weeks received a call yesterday from a man who said he was a reposser and has had an order to pick up my truck for a month. They also harass my mom with continous calls even though we had worked out payment arrangements. I told them I only needed payment arrangements until tax return was received and then would catch up total arrears. How can they have an order out for repossession if they made an agreement with me.
