Ripoff takes money and does not delieve

Ordered a custom build motorcycle for $16000.00 in march and paid in full with a promise of 16-20 week build time. As of dec company does not respond or give any indication that they even started or plan on starting my bike. Filed a complaint with the BBB and the company does not respond to them either. Paying on the loan from E-LOAN that was advertised on their web site. I would like another bike of equal value already build or a refund, but they don't even take my calls.
