Scamsman scammed us into believing financing would go thru but didnt and wanted more money or would repo car

My daughter was assured that all was well after putting down $1,000.00 which included TTL and the monthly payments were at $330.00 a month and that financing was no problem and left with the new car. Two weeks later they call and say that the lender needed either a co-signer or another $1,700.00 and gave us until 3pm to have one or the other done or would repo the car.

My daughter was so upset because this is not the deal that they made with her and I was there also and they went back on what they told us and so we had to come up with another $1,700.00 within a three hour period for fear of them coming and getting the car.

This is immoral for someone to do this to someone else because they sat in that office and said there was no problems and her credit was fine and she made enough money that the lender would have no problem or so we thought when we left.

This is also not fair to tell someone that everything is ok and then come back and just want more money. She had already signed the paperwork and everything and they never said that there might be a problem with the lender or anything at all.

So i just wanted other people to know what they are doing and not to buy anything from them because in some form i think that this is a definite scam and they scare people with the threat of coming and repossing the car and people beg borrow and steal so that they will have a way to work.

This is very unprofessional and we had to borrow the money to keep the car and this really put us in a bind but they dont care and they made their money.
